Polyaluminium Chloride is a water chemical that is made up of aluminium, chlorine, hydrogen, and oxygen. It is a yellow coloured powder with the chemical formula [Al2(OH)nCl6-n]m. It is also known as Aluminium Chloride Hydroxide.

Poly aluminium chloride Uses:

·         Poly aluminium chloride is used in water treatment. It can remove aluminium, chromium, deodorization, decolorization, fluoride, germs, heavy metal salts, oil, phenol, radioactive pollution, turbidity, and other contaminants to purify a broad spectrum of water.

·         Poly aluminium chloride is used in the oil and gas sectors for oil refining, where it acts as an oil-water emulsion destabiliser with outstanding separation performance.

·         Poly aluminium chloride is used to manufacture deodorants and anti-perspirant products.

·         Poly aluminium chloride is used as a coagulant in papermill wastewater in the paper and pulp industries.
